About

A visual storyteller, Ben is developing a unique cinematic style, creating content that inspires, engages and informs target audiences, whilst meeting brand objectives, ultimately driving growth across social platforms. By bringing a fresh outlook to projects with multiple stakeholders, as well as working collaboratively on established ideas from peers to support brand goals, Ben works to the highest quality and will bring a unique perspective to commissions and creative projects in a range of situations.

Since 2020, Ben has specialised in the Camera Department for Film & TV productions, allowing him to develop his technical and collaborative skills to the highest level. Alongside, he has worked as an independent Content Producer on client-based projects, with work produced for social media, cinema introductions and more recently, at Muscat International Airport.

His most recent credits as a Camera Assistant include: Warner Bros's The Conjuring: Last Rites, ITV's Grace and Channel 4’s Queenie. In addition, he has experience on commercials, for brands such as DettolOlay and Spotify.

Ben's secure technical knowledge of cameras, paired with his detailed editing skills, are a great strength for end-to-end content development. He has high expectations of himself and views each project as an artistic endeavour, marrying music, dialogue and imagery to produce sensitive and impactful creations that support brand goals and compliment the latest trends in communication.

One of Ben's favourite aspects of cinema is how it can evoke strong empathy in an audience whilst conveying subject matter that is both complex and unfamiliar. When not working on or watching films, Ben enjoys spending time outdoors, discovering unique places and meeting new people along the way.
